Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and officially in transit.
During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have procedures in place for lost or stolen packages.
While Flowlift Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
